The whole cart adopts straight and tough industrial lines and balanced three-dimensional body proportions to highlight the hardcore bearing capacity of heavy-duty equipment. Meanwhile, refined chamfering and plane segmentation design weaken the bulkiness of traditional tool carts and make the overall shape more regular and orderly. The industrial-grade wear-resistant matte color scheme fits the professional scenario tone of auto repair and industrial maintenance. The team reconstructs the overall load-bearing frame of the cart, thickens and optimizes the sheet metal skeleton structure to disperse concentrated loads reasonably, greatly improving the overall load-bearing limit and structural stability, and solving the core problems of traditional tool carts such as heavy-load deformation, loose frame and short service life. We redesign the multi-layer drawer and storage partition structure to divide the storage space for large equipment, precision tools and scattered accessories, realizing classified and regular storage and completely improving the pain points of messy storage and inconvenient access. Meanwhile, we optimize the bottom roller and shock absorption assembly structure, upgrade silent, wear-resistant and heavy-duty rollers suitable for various ground conditions such as cement and floor, eliminating push-pull jamming, abnormal noise and roller damage. The integrated anti-collision and sealing structure of the body effectively prevents oil pollution, collision and parts falling. The overall structure adapts to large-scale sheet metal mass production technology, balancing load-bearing performance, product durability and production cost.

We optimize the body height and drawer opening-closing stroke to fit ergonomic operation postures, reduce physical fatigue caused by bending over, and adapt to long-term and high-intensity workshop operation needs. The upgraded drawer damping buffer structure and self-locking function ensure smooth opening and closing without jamming, effectively preventing hand clamping caused by drawer rebound and tool slipping, and greatly improving operation safety. At the same time, we optimize the height and grip radian of the side push-pull handrail for comfortable grip and labor saving, suitable for single-person rapid pushing and fixed-point parking.
