In this project, HURAKAN completes innovative optimization and upgrading of X-ray testing equipment in three dimensions: modeling, structure and human-computer interaction, breaking the solidified design thinking of the industry. In terms of modeling, it breaks the bulky and rigid industrial stereotype of traditional testing equipment, adopts a minimalist integrated curved fuselage design, and optimizes the overall proportion and lines. On the premise of meeting the functional requirements of equipment radiation shielding and precision imaging, it creates an exquisite, professional and technological visual form of the equipment. Meanwhile, the closed integrated fuselage structure can effectively prevent dust and corrosion, adapting to the complex working conditions of factories. Structurally, it reconstructs the internal cavity layout and load-bearing structure of the equipment, optimizes the installation structure of ray transmitting and receiving components, and improves the imaging accuracy of the equipment. The innovative modular split structure design simplifies the disassembly, handling and operation and maintenance process of the equipment, while optimizing the heat dissipation and protection structure, solving the problems of overheating during long-term operation and redundant radiation protection, and greatly improving the operational stability and service life of the equipment.
