In terms of styling design, HURAKAN breaks the stereotype of traditional sewage treatment equipment with rough shape, serious appearance homogenization and heavy industrial texture. Fitting the industry attributes of environmental protection equipment featuring green technology and the aesthetic standards of municipal and factory public scenarios, we create a minimalist and regular integrated equipment form. The whole machine adopts an integrated streamlined regular shape with simple and grand lines and no redundant complex structures, fundamentally reducing dead corners for accumulation of sewage, sediment and sundries, and adapting to long-term outdoor dirty working conditions and high-frequency cleaning needs. Adopting a modular partitioned integrated structure, the pre-treatment filtration unit, biochemical treatment module, sedimentation purification unit and intelligent control module are laid out in independent zones with clear functional divisions, avoiding operation interference of each treatment unit and greatly improving sewage treatment efficiency and water quality stability. We targetedly optimize the overall anti-corrosion, anti-seepage and anti-clogging structure of the equipment, upgrade corrosion-resistant plates and sealing structures, effectively resist acid-base sewage corrosion and outdoor wind and rain erosion, and solve the core problems of traditional equipment such as easy leakage, clogging and short service life. At the same time, we reconstruct the open quick-disassembly operation and maintenance structure of the equipment, optimize the internal pipeline layout and maintenance channels, simplify daily operation and maintenance processes such as filter element replacement, pipeline dredging and equipment cleaning, effectively reduce the full-life-cycle operation and maintenance cost and failure probability of the equipment, and comprehensively improve the stability and durability of the equipment under complex outdoor working conditions.

The equipment is equipped with an industrial-grade high-definition touch screen and a minimalist visual industrial UI, which intuitively displays core data such as real-time water quality parameters, equipment operating status, sewage treatment flow, fault early warning and operation and maintenance records, with clear and intuitive data for rapid monitoring and management by maintenance personnel. We deeply simplify the equipment operation logic, realize the automatic operation of the whole sewage treatment process, and only retain core manual operations such as parameter setting, equipment start-stop and fault reset, greatly reducing the threshold of operation and maintenance.
