In terms of styling design, HURAKAN breaks the rigid stereotype of traditional industrial inspection equipment such as bulky, stiff and highly homogeneous appearance. Based on diverse industrial scenarios such as factory workshops, assembly line stations and warehousing inspection, we create a lightweight, minimalist and tech-integrated overall visual form. The whole machine adopts an integrated curved minimalist shape with clean and coordinated lines, weakening the bulkiness of heavy industrial equipment and avoiding problems such as workshop collisions, dust and debris accumulation caused by protruding structures. The fuselage adopts industrial-grade matte texture and zoned minimalist color matching, which has both professional industrial attributes and futuristic technological texture. It not only adapts to the visual aesthetics of various clean workshops and standardized factories, but also forms strong product appearance differentiation, greatly improving equipment brand recognition and scenario adaptation texture.

In terms of structural design, the team has completed multiple innovative structural optimizations around the core functional requirements of visual inspection robots, including high-precision imaging, flexible multi-angle inspection, long-term stable operation and convenient operation and maintenance. Adopting a split modular integrated architecture, the visual camera module, light source adjustment component, precision transmission mechanism and main control heat dissipation unit are independently partitioned and laid out with regular and compact internal structures, which effectively avoids equipment operation interference and ensures high-definition inspection accuracy. Meanwhile, the innovative adjustable support and telescopic rotating structure supports flexible multi-angle and multi-distance inspection, adapting to the inspection needs of high and low workpieces and special-shaped products on the assembly line. We targetedly optimize the dustproof, shockproof and heat dissipation structure of the whole machine to adapt to harsh working conditions such as high workshop dust, high-frequency vibration and long-term standby, effectively solving common problems of traditional inspection robots such as accuracy drift, structural looseness and poor heat dissipation, and greatly improving equipment durability and working condition adaptation capabilities.
